Yoga for Paddling Strength
This class focuses on targeted strength-work to help improve your paddle strength. A strong paddle is essential: not only to paddle out to where the waves break but also to match the speed of the wave and achieve a great take off! This class focuses on strengthening the muscles of the back, stabilising the shoulders, and strengthening the triceps. Practise this class over time and feel your paddle strength improve in your surf sessions!

Building Pop Up Strength
This yoga class is all about creating the strength needed for a good pop up! Come back to this class whenever you want to improve your pop up technique, before or between surf sessions. Finding strength for the pop up is one of the things beginner surfers struggle with the most. It can take a lot of strength and co-ordination to press your upper body up off the board and create enough space to draw your front leg forward. This class will focus on strengthening the core, the hip flexors, and the arms - all the muscles needed for a great pop up!
